The Solihull Bible Learning Centre is celebrating 10 years of making the Bible available, accessible and understandable. During this time it has had over 41000 adult visitors, provided hundreds of free Bible learning sessions, giving away many free Bibles and Bible reading planners and helped to ensure that Bibles, Bible books, children’s books, greetings cards and gifts are available to purchase to everyone in the borough and far beyond.
“Although Bible reading and church attendances have both declined further in the last 10 years, what has happened in that time demonstrates more than ever how important the Bible message is,” says John Botten,.the centre coordinator, “ because central in that message is the promise of the return of Jesus Christ to the earth to setup God’s Kingdom.”
On Saturday the 16th of July a team of young people will be out in the high street and the centre of Solihull to:-
“Over the years the public have been very welcoming to us on the whole, says John, “we hope to welcome old friends and new to the Bible Centre at this time.”
