This paper discusses all the dimensions of the global frameworks regarding older persons including the ICPD plan of action (1994), the Madrid International Plan of Action on Ageing (2002), and the 2030 Agenda, and calls upon the different states to adopt an integrated approach towards implementing the different frameworks.
