This report reviews ESCWA’s efforts in developing a quantitative tool to bypass the negative effects of the complex relationships between Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This tool would arbitrate between conflicting SDGs by finding the best combinations of targets. The report concludes by listing the roles the Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) can play in developing this framework.
